Subtitle: How Kindness Works
Last week I sent an email to Seth Godin asking if I could share one of his blog posts every once in a while. (See the Dear Seth Godin post here.)
I didn’t know if he would get my email. I know that with the amount of email I get I try to answer the most important ones first. I didn’t think that my email would be that important to him in the grand scheme of things. Here is Seth’s response:

This whole experience has taught me a couple of things:
- Be willing to put yourself out there.
- Be honest about what you are asking, and what you are (or aren’t) offering.
- Tech doesn’t always work the way that you expect.
Ultimately it re-enforced one feeling: I really, really appreciate Seth Godin.
I have to be honest; I am having a bit of an I-just-got-a-rockstar’s-autograph moment. I don’t have anything to say except, “Thank you, Seth Godin.”
(and the comment problem was fixed.)
I want to note that Seth responded on the day of the “Dear Seth Godin” post. I was surprised by his quick turn-around(I could learn from this.) I was a little shy about posting right away because I wasn’t quite sure of the best way to share about this.
